H.M. King of Sweden visited Vaisala Headquarters Published: Dec 16, 2014 Innovations and Inspirations H.M. Carl Gustav King of Sweden visited Vaisala Helsinki on November 28th. The tour to Finland was organized by the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences (IVA) as part of Swedish Technology Mission. During his visit, which was hosted by CEO Kjell Forsén, H.M. the King met with Vaisala management and staff and participated in a factory tour. The tour included, for example, a visit to the Sensor Factory and to our state-of-the-art Clean Room as well as Instrument Factory. At the Weather Radars, H.M. the King showed special interest in our technologies, asking several questions. The atmosphere of the event was warm-hearted and friendly. H.M.
