Proceso de embotellado de bebidas con monitoreo del dióxido de carbono El dióxido de carbono (CO2) se agrega a las bebidas sin alcohol durante el proceso de embotellado, para darles su efervescencia. Mientras los contenedores de bebidas sin alcohol se rellenan durante el proceso de embotellado, grandes volúmenes de CO2 se emiten desde las llenadoras hacia la atmósfera de la sala de llenado. Si las salas de llenado y las áreas de trabajo no están ventiladas adecuadamente, el CO2 se puede acumular en el aire interior. El CO2 es un gas incoloro, inodoro e insípido que, en concentraciones elevadas, representa un riesgo potencial para la salud de las personas.
