Before the publication of Interim Reports and the Half-Year Financial Report, Vaisala’s silent period begins at the beginning of the month in which the report is published. Before the publication of the Financial Statement Release, the silent period begins 30 calendar days before the publication date. The silent period lasts until the publishing of the Interim Reports, Half Year Financial Report and Financial Statement Release respectively. Exceptions to this rule are the Annual General Meeting (if held during the silent period) and the publishing of a stock exchange release concerning inside information. During the silent period, Vaisala’s spokespersons refrain from discussing and commenting on issues related to the Company’s financial performance and from meetings with financial market representatives.
