What this Customer Care Day is about

This is a technical and application-focused workshop, not a commercial launch event. Our goal is to:

• Share know how on maintaining your existing instruments such as HMT120, HMT330, HMW90, HMD60, DL series loggers and Indigo transmitters.
• Share how we can support your brownfield upgrades to Indigo and Origo transmitters 
• Demonstrate how the FREE Insight software platform simplifies calibration and compliance workflows in your daily operations.
• Strengthen our partnership with you as a long‑term Vaisala user in Penang.

You will have direct access to Vaisala experts to discuss your installed base and practical challenges around calibration and compliance.
