Setting up email alerts for Vaisala's product document updates To save time and make your life easier, you might want to save some of your Vaisala document searches and set up weekly email alerts for your most important documents. Find written instructions with two example searches or watch a video further below. The first example is related to Vaisala Indigo80 Handheld Indicator for field sampling and calibration, data analysis and diagnostics, which is the latest addition to the Indigo product family.The second example search is for Vaisala viewLinc Enterprise Server software. For instance, if you want to know when viewLinc Errata documents are published, follow the simple steps below to set up automatic notifications. Step-by-step instructions for saved document searches and email alerts 1. Open one of the below example searches or make your own search at docs.vaisala.com: all documents for Indigo80, HMP80, and DMP80 or all documents for viewLinc 5.2 software. 2. In the upper right corner, select Log in. 3. Select MyVaisala User (single sign-on). 4. If you have an existing MyVaisala account, log in to your account. 5. If you do not have a MyVaisala account, select Not yet a member and create an account. 6. Once you have logged in or created your account, under the search field, select Save. 'Save results' window opens.7. In 'Enter a name', enter a name for the search you are saving. Example: Indigo80, HMP80, and DMP80 all documents. 8. To get weekly notifications of updates to the search results, select Activate alert checkbox. 9. Select Save.
