Vaisala sponsors the My2050 mobile game about climate change. My2050 is an adventure game where you move around your surroundings. The game guides players from one checkpoint to the next, where player receive video messages and riddles from Niha, a girl from the 2050s. The game has previously been published in Helsinki, Espoo, and Tampere in Finland, and now it was launched also in Tikkurila, Vantaa. In addition to our own positive handprint, we support the science and climate education of children and the youth.
“We wish to encourage curious youngsters into the field of natural sciences as well as increase understanding of the factors that affect climate change. Engaging projects, such as the My2050 game, are a great channel for sharing this message, and Vaisala is happy to be a sponsor.
