When it’s your job to maintain maritime safety and efficient operations, every minute counts. How do you know when lightning will strike or how long it will last? The impact of lightning in maritime environments can be severe or even catastrophic, affecting safety and efficiency at every turn, especially at oil & gas and LNG terminals. Lightning can be hazardous during loading and unloading, and thunderstorms on the sea can suddenly upset planning and shipping schedules. The key to addressing these challenges is having real-time, accurate, and reliable weather information at hand — especially when it comes to thunderstorms. Join us for this interactive, engaging webinar where we will discuss: Current challenges facing port and other maritime environments Single point sensors vs. network approaches New developments in lightning detection technology Who should attend? Decision-makers and specialists in oil & gas, logistics, LNG terminals, port environments, and anyone else interested in ensuring safety and efficiency during thunderstorms. If you can’t make the live time, register anyway and we’ll send you a link to the recording. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
