All Vaisala products are covered by our standard warranty. The standard warranty provides free depot repair of defective or faulty hardware, and claims are subject to the warranty terms and conditions. Standard repair lead times apply unless the customer is also covered by additional services which say otherwise, such as express exchange.
The standard warranty period expires 12 months after shipment from the Vaisala factory.

♦ EXTENDED WARRANTY
Vaisala also offers an extended warranty service for most products. An extended warranty extends the terms of our standard warranty for the duration of the service agreement.
