Integrity is one of Vaisala’s core values. 

Compliance and sustainable business practices form part of Vaisala’s culture and way of doing business. They are everyone’s responsibility with our senior management setting the tone and leading by example. At Vaisala, it is the responsibility of each employee to ensure that Vaisala conducts its business in compliance with legal requirements and Vaisala’s corporate policies. 

Our Code of Conduct, Anti-Corruption Policy and other corporate policies guide our employees in making right decisions. Vaisala has zero-tolerance approach towards all forms of corruption. 

Third parties form an important part of Vaisala’s business and are integral in upholding compliance culture. Vaisala requires all of its business partners to comply with applicable laws and regulations and maintaining values similar to those of Vaisala in their business operations. These requirements have been documented in Vaisala’s Partner Code of Conduct and in other partner requirements. 

Compliance is a shared responsibility and Vaisala fosters and encourages a speak-up culture; both Vaisala employees and partners alike are expected to speak up if they become aware of any wrongdoing or other issues of concern.
