All Vaisala products are protected by a 12-month warranty. Selected products are covered for up to 24 months, or 5 years. You might have also purchased an extended warranty to your Vaisala product.

Receive our decision and report on the case. Result may be getting a repaired or a replacing product back, or a recommendation to buy a new one
Before making a warranty claim please make sure the product is under its warranty period and has been used according to specifications.
Warranty may not be valid in case of damage due to normal wear and tear, exceptional operating conditions, negligent handling or installation, or unauthorized modifications.

Find Vaisala products with 2- and 5-year warranty periods below. If your product is not on this list, 1-year warranty period is applied.
Check the serial number of your product and use the table below to estimate when it was manufactured and delivered to you.
For example, serial number T33 means your product was manufactured on week 33 in 2021 and delivered to you shortly afterwards.
If the serial number of your product does not follow this logic, please make a warranty claim for warranty evaluation.
