In-line Brix measurement in ready-to-drink tea production by RO membrane filtration

Changing of consumer habits towards easy to use ready-to-drink beverages is driving producers to new technologies for more efficient and productive manufacturing process.

Tea extraction control in ready-to-drink tea production

The ready-to-drink tea is produced by extracting active substances from tea leaves by reverse osmosis (RO) membrane filtration. In this process, it is important to preserve the nutritional and taste characteristics of the tea, and to remove the undesired components causing turbidity.
