Monitoring & controlling with smart vH2O2 sensor technology

vaporized hydrogen peroxide sensors for bio-decontamination
Life Science

In this webinar we discuss the different variables essential to achieving an effective vH2O2 bio-decontamination and how to prevent unwanted conditions that can cost time and money.

Using real-time measurement of critical parameters during vaporized hydrogen peroxide (vH2O2) bio-decontamination cycles can decrease batch-to-batch variability and simplify validation efforts. For this reason, both OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) and end users are increasingly using inline monitoring sensors to control their vH2O2 bio-decontamination processes. By integrating stable and repeatable sensor technology to control vapor generation systems, isolators, transfer hatches and large volume spaces can be decontaminated more constantly and reliably.

In this webinar, we describe how to achieve both monitoring and control of vH2O2 processes using the Vaisala PEROXCAP technology used in the HPP270 series probes and Indigo transmitters. We will discuss the different variables essential to achieving effective vH2O2 bio-decontamination, while preventing unwanted conditions that can cost time and money.
