Vaisala Service Contract for Vaisala weather
observation systems allows you to concentrate your energies on running your
operation. With a Vaisala Service Contract in force and covering your Vaisala
weather observation system, you are assured of high data
availability, spare part compatibility and prompt problem-solving. You can
choose a level of service coverage that suits your operational requirements and
business needs:
- Level 1: Operational support (software upgrades
and maintenance)
- Level 2: Expedited spare part supply
- Level 3: Field engineer call-out

The optional services can be
added to levels 1-3 of the Vaisala Service Contract as you require.
Extended warranty
Vaisala offers a standard
one-year warranty for Vaisala weather observation systems. An extended warranty
is available for certain Vaisala weather observation systems such as the Vaisala
DigiCORA® Sounding System MW31 and Vaisala DigiCORA® Tethersonde Sounding
System. Please consult your Vaisala representative for details.
