Vaisala delivery project management takes complete care of the customer before, during and after delivery of the Vaisala weather observation system in question.

Before delivery

Before it is delivered to your site, your Vaisala weather observation system is put through factory release tests which simulate real-life conditions at your site and ensure that the system performs according to specifications. In addition, Factory Acceptance Tests tailored to your performance requirements can be made together with you.  

During delivery

When your Vaisala weather observation system is uncrated and ready for installation at your site, a Vaisala Delivery Project Manager can be present for the Site Acceptance Test and assist in installation, provide training and fine-tune the system in preparation for hand-over to your personnel and the go-live moment.

After delivery

When your Vaisala weather observation system is operational, Vaisala offers services which help you make the most of your new system: calibration services, software upgrades, Helpdesk support, a remote diagnostics service and a remote maintenance service ensure that your Vaisala system provides an uninterrupted steam of high-quality meteorological data.
