Service Contract

Service contract can be created to contain any of the available service products according to each customer's individual needs. Your service package will be tailored to the particular set of services you have chosen. The broad aim of the service contract is that you will get the maximum accurate data from your system(s) and you can concentrate on your core activities.

Usually the following services are included in the service contract:

  • Fast response technical support
  • Fixed amount of engineering support /consultation
  • Remote diagnostics
  • Periodic maintenance and calibration
  • Extended warranty

The duration of maintenance contract can be from one year upto several years. The nature of the service contract is flexible, so the level of the services can be changed as your needs change.
