Data Services
When your system is up and running we can keep your data
management and its communications accurate, precise, and continuous so that you
can concentrate on your core activities. We can provide you with services for
data handling and communications as part of our operation support package. Our
data services consist of three different levels: data communication service,
data management service, and data quality service.
- With the communication service we acquire your
data on our infrastructure and pass it through to your preferred location in
the preferred format. We observe the site communication and will advise you
upon any failure of the data collection platform or its communication medium.
- The second level, data management service,
enhances the communication service with storing the data in our SQL database.
The data will be available to you via standard SQL calls.
- The third level, data quality service, enhances
the data management service with checking the data against predefined criteria
and notifying you of any data anomaly.
