Supply agreement
The Supply agreement has optional modules that ensure the
supply of parts, materials and/or services at an agreed time from
Vaisala Factory. The service provides assistance for daily
operational routines with the following standard modules:
- Remote Diagnostics enables our technical specialists to perform
remote in-depth fault diagnostics and tracing on-line and provide advanced
technical support for your installation minimizing out-of-service
time.
- Calibration Reminder service includes standard calibrations and
provides you additionally an advance reminder for the approaching accrediated
calibration with complete information how to get the units in our service
centers. Would you like to be notified in advance for regular calibration? We
can do it for You!
- Expedited Spare Part Supply service ensures fast response times and
immediate attention to selected mission-critical spare part needs, as well as
secure economical delivery by the agreed time. In this way you can always rely
on the right parts being available at the right time ... with less capital
employed on spare part stocks at your site.
- Extended Warranty provides an extension to the standard hardware
warranty conditions from 12 months up to a maximum of four years.
