Operational support agreement
The Operational Support agreement has optional modules that
support the operation and maintenance of your installation for an agreed period
on Site. The service provides assistance for daily
operational routines with the following standard and optional modules:
- Preventive and corrective maintenance consists of regular
and ad-hoc system maintenance performed at the customer’s site ensuring that
your aviation weather system operates at an optimum level. Detailed
maintenance schedule increases system life time and also reduce significantly
risk of breakdown and downtime. In cooperation with specialized local
contractors, our certified technical service personnel ensure both remotely
and locally that your Vaisala solution generates the performance in the form
you require.
Fast Response Technical Support enhances predictability
in unexpected situations by providing a faster response for emergency
calls. Aviation Weather's dedicated Customer Support will attempt to solve
urgent problems related inconsistent performance, degradation or failure
of the System Software immediately, or as soon thereafter as possible (typical
response times is within 24 hours).
- Proactive System Monitoring and quality assurance is
a combination of preventive and predictive maintenance through remote
monitoring. The monitoring makes it possible to group maintenance tasks more
efficiently from scheduled preventive format to a more flexible and accurate
condition based format using a combination of automatic and visual
observations, manual inspections, online monitoring of the condition, system
efficiency data and many other indicators. The monitoring system keeps
up-to-date on how your installation is doing and help
to detect any disorder or deviation from expected normal performance data in
good time.
