Project management during delivery project

During a delivery project our Project Manager ensures the proper life span of the system by participating in the Site Acceptance Test (SAT), which is carried out according to a commonly agreed test procedure to ensure that your Vaisala system fulfils the performance requirements.

The installation verification, training and fine-tuning of the system are focal points in assuring success and a smooth handover while the moment to go-live approaches. The installation work will naturally depend on the characteristics of the site and the Vaisala system that is being installed. In every case, a qualified Vaisala system engineer will manage the installation in coordination with you and/or an accrediated local contractor, ensuring smooth system start-up and correct performance in local environment. Your personnel will also be trained on the system, while it is being installed and commissioned.

Our project can be deemed worthwhile only after it fulfils the performance requirements of being a quality solution and completed in an adhered-to time period. Based on our own experiences and proven track record of succesfully commissioning a variety of installations, we can say that efficient project management guarantees very high reliability and availability figures, increases customer satisfaction and lowers costs at the same time, thus constituting a significant, measurable competitive advantage.

Once the system is operational, Aviation Weather Customer Support continues to take care of your needs in several ways. For more details, please browse to After Sales Services page.
