Once your Automated Weather Observing System (AWOS) is operational, the responsibility and also your contact point will be transferred to Technical Support, who will continue to take care of your needs in several ways.

The tasks we perform include installation support, technician training/certification, technical support and troubleshooting, remote maintenance monitoring, hardware and software upgrades, in-house repair of components, and fulfillment of spare or replacement part orders.

The continuing mission of Aviation Weather Customer Support is to ensure best performance, availability, efficiency and safety so that you can concentrate on running a succesful operation.

Spare parts & accessories

Vaisala Aviation Weather makes every effort to ensure that spare parts and accessories for your FAA Approved AWOS are available and delivered to you promptly. Spare parts can be ordered at any time to minimize the downtime of your system in the event of a failure.

Training services

Vaisala Aviation Weather provides extensive product training courses covering operation and maintenance issues. These training courses are given either at Vaisala facilities or at customer's premises.
