Automatic weather stations
Vaisala weather stations gather high-quality, real-time data that
is used in a variety of weather observation activities ranging from forecasting
to road traffic management. Vaisala stations are offered with suites of sensors
that can be mixed and matched for every major application area, whether mobile
or fixed, of synoptic surface weather and hydrological
observations.
The Vaisala HydroMet™ System MAWS100 extends the field-proven quality and reliability of the existing Vaisala HydroMet™ Systems to new applications. The MAWS100 is a compact system for hydrometeorological monitoring when a small number of sensors is required.
The Vaisala HydroMet™ System MAWS110 are a compact, robust and easy to use systems which provide quality controlled data both in meteorological and hydrological applications.
The Vaisala HydroMet™ Automatic Weather Station MAWS201, a portable AWS for temporary installations, features the same design as the Vaisala TacMet Tactical Meteorological Observation System MAWS201M for demanding tactical meteorological applications.
Vaisala TacMet® Tactical Meteorological Observation Station MAWS201Mis a field-deployable, compact weather station for various field operations. Offering broad sensor capability, the portable MAWS201M system can be easily and rapidly deployed.
Vaisala HydroMet™ System MAWS301 is a compact, robust and easy to use systems which provide quality controlled data both in meteorological and hydrological applications.
The ROSA road weather station (RWIS / ESS) gathers real-time weather and surface data. Incorporating atmospheric and surface sensors, present weather detectors and cameras, the ROSA stores and transmits data to an IceCast Server or to the Vaisala Global Bureau.
