Platinum Service Package
The Platinum TWX300 Service Package provides a premium level of support and on-site services. A preventive maintenance service visit is completed on-site annually, as well as updates to the system software and on-site training.
Gold Service Package
The Gold TWX300 Service Package offers full support to ensure secure data availability. Replacement spare parts are available within one business day, and your system is kept up to date with the latest software revisions.
Silver Service Package
The Silver TWX300 Service Package is designed for the independent customer. Expert technical support is available for troubleshooting and configuration, and your system is protected with an extended warranty.
