The Vaisala HelpDesk is customers' convenient contact point for all technical inquiries related to Vaisala products. Vaisala HelpDesk can assist you for example in the following issues:

  • Questions related to services, spare parts, calibration, and repairs
  • Getting RMA (Return Material Authorization) number prior to sending component or product to service
  • General technical support for Vaisala products
  • Perceived functionality problem in a product or component
  • Suggestion for product enhancement
  • Documentation issues
  • Warranty issues

After a customer's contact, a case is created and a performer is nominated. Performer will handle the case and provide the answer and/or solution suggestion.
