The HelpDesk is your contact point for all technical inquiries related to Vaisala’s products and systems.
Preventive maintenance services are available at the Vaisala factory and on-site at the customer's location.
Relative humidity, dewpoint, barometric pressure, carbon dioxide, and wind instruments calibration and repair services are globally available from our regional service centers.
We offer several options to help customers meet their spare parts needs, including our express delivery and express exchange services.
With the software upgrade service customers have free access to the latest applicable software updates whenever new versions or improvements are available.
