Gold Service Package
The Gold AWOS Service Package offers full on-site support to ensure accurate and secure data availability. Scheduled on-site maintenance visits, fast access to spare parts and on-site repairs are included with this package.

Silver Service Package
The Silver AWOS Service Package is designed for the independent customer. Expert technical support is available for troubleshooting and configuration, and the system status will be monitored remotely.
