Vaisala offers three service packages for the Vaisala Automated Weather Observing System, each of them designed to meet your specific needs in regard to ease and performance. A service package will maximize the life-time value of your AWOS system and help ensure the continuous output of accurate data.

With three different levels of service it’s easy to choose a package that fits your needs.

Platinum Service Package
The Platinum AWOS Service Package provides a premium level of support and on-site services. Our 24/7 phone support ensures access to technical support at any time, and your system is protected with an extended warranty for added peace of mind.

Gold Service Package
The Gold AWOS Service Package offers full on-site support to ensure accurate and secure data availability. Scheduled on-site maintenance visits, fast access to spare parts and on-site repairs are included with this package.

Silver Service Package
The Silver AWOS Service Package is designed for the independent customer. Expert technical support is available for troubleshooting and configuration, and the system status will be monitored remotely.
