Vaisala Returns On Web (ROW) is a system for easy shipping of Vaisala instruments for calibration or service. The system processes your service order step-by-step and produces all required shipping documents and instructions needed.
ROW is only available for selected products and locations at this time. If your product is not listed, please follow the standard return procedures below.
ROW is currently available for customers located in the following countries:
