2nd International Lightning Meteorology Conference (ILMC): 24 - 25 April 2008

ILMC 2008 Program Highlights

The 2nd ILMC will focus on lightning data as part of a complete weather picture for nowcasting and forecasting.  Areas covered will include thunderstorm growth and dissipation, severe weather, hydrometeorological applications, public safety from a meteorological perspective, CG lightning threat nowcasting, tropical and extratropical cyclone nowcasting, and lightning data assimilation techniques.
