Do Vaisala ultrasonic wind and weather transmitters offer 4 to 20 mA
outputs?
No, 4 to 20 mA output is not an option on the Vaisala ultrasonic wind
transmitters or the Vaisala weather transmitter. These instruments output
RS-232, RS-485, RS-422 and SDI-12. There are third party analog converters
compatible with ultrasonic wind and weather transmitters. Please contact our sales department for more information.
Analog output is available on Vaisala mechanical wind transmitters: WA15 and WA25.
