The temperature to be maintained is typically 37°C and the CO2 concentration is 5%CO2. These conditions simulate a human body and are ideal conditions for e.g. tissue or vaccination growth. However, to maintain product quality, stable and traceable measurements are needed as well as periodic calibration of the sensors.
