In bioprocesses, oxygen is the most important gaseous substrate for microbial metabolism and carbon dioxide the most important gaseous metabolic product. One of the most critical factors in the operation of a bioreactor is the provision of an adequate gas exchange in the process. The O2 and CO2 concentrations are often monitored from the process exhaust air or used to ration the supply of nutrients to the bioreactor. Instruments used for monitoring purposes need to sustain harsh environments, be easy to maintain, and have minimum downtime.
Ideal for oxygen monitoring in moist and aggressive process gases. Typical applications include gas generation, inert gas blanketing, fermentation and composting process monitoring.
Designed for harsh and humid environments. Provides several alternatives for measurement range from ppm to percentage level. The housing is IP65 (NEMA 4) compliant.
Cable type OEM module for carbon dioxide measurement in harsh and demanding applications. Features several alternatives for the measurement range from ppm to percentage level.
Hand-held meter for various spot-checking applications, like laboratories, greenhouses and mushroom farms. Features several alternatives for the measurement range from ppm to percentage level.
