Monitoring humidity, temperature and CO2 in egg setters and hatchers

During egg incubation, proper control of humidity, temperature and carbon dioxide levels is very important.  The growth of embryos is stimulated during the first few days of incubation by slightly elevated levels of CO2, but too much will inhibit growth.  Proper control of these environmental parameters will ensure an improved hatching rate, and increased profitibility.
