Vaisala HelpDesk. Before sending any equipment to us, please read our instructions on how to
return products for calibration.
Regular calibration ensures that your high precision instruments continue to provide accurate, high-quality data. Our Regional Service Centers offer calibration and repair services for relative humidity, dewpoint, barometric pressure, carbon dioxide, and wind measurement equipment.
Calibrations carried out at our service centers are traceable and ISO 9001 (ANSI-Z540-1-1994 in the US) compliant. Accredited ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO 10012 compliant calibrations are also available for several Vaisala products. Read more by clicking on the accredited calibrations tab.
Prepaid Calibration Plans
If you use
Vaisala Veriteq data loggers or
Vaisala Veriteq validation/mapping systems, you can take advantage of discounted prepaid calibration plans, which help to minimize calibration costs. These plans include records management, interval notification, and certificates that include “As-Found” and “As-Left” data – unique to Vaisala calibrations.
