The Vaisala DigiCORA® Sounding System MW31 is the new generation of the
DigiCORA® Sounding System. It is based on the Sounding Processing
Subsystem SPS311, which features new software-defined radio technology.
The Vaisala DigiCORA® Unmanned Sounding System AUTOSONDE is an integral
part of many national upper-air networks. It can be used to extend the
network to remote, hard-to-access locations where its unmanned synoptic
sounding capability can be used to add value to the upper-air program.

of wind, pressure, temperature and humidity from the surface up to the
