    Benefits
    • Redundant recording for gap-free data
Data collection occurs independently in three ways — in each logger or memory-equipped transmitter, on the host PC, and in automatic back-ups. Each logger has onboard memory and battery so that network and power failures will never cause a loss of data.
    • Measure multiple parameters with one system
Monitor temperature, relative humidity, CO2, differential pressure, particulate, light, door switches and other variables. Add new monitored points easily — no programming or outsourced services to purchase.
    • Flexible connectivity
Connects to your existing network (including virtual) via WiFi, Ethernet or Power over Ethernet connection (or a combination of all). Unlike most competing monitoring systems, viewLinc has no extra costs for installing and maintaining a dedicated network. Connectivity options (PDF).

    • Schedule reports via email
Save reporting time with customizable reporting and scheduled delivery to your email. Automating historical and event reporting eliminates the need to remember to generate reports. Alarm reports can be filtered by Zone, Logger Description, Date/Time and area of responsibility.
    • Meet Regulatory Standards
Software and VL-series data loggers are validatable to meet all requirements of 21 CFR Part 11, CBER, GxP, TJC, AATB, AABB and other standards, regulations and guideances. Automatic calibration notification, secure Audit Trail, and  gap-free data recording assure compliance.
    • Superior Accuracy
Industry-best accuracy to ±1%RH and ±0.10ºC and resolution of 0.05%RH and 0.02ºC (at 25ºC) provides assurance of in-tolerance operation.
    • Customizable Alarming & Reporting
Users can set up common reasons for alarms and actions to ensure reporting consistency among all system users. Easy batch set-up for alarm limits allows users to create templates and assign them to multiple loggers.

    • Instruments connect to their environments
Loggers are associated with their locations, making it easy to swap them out for calibration (or any other reason) because they retain all related information: description, alarm limits, delays, transfers, email settings and external run commands.

    About Veriteq

Veriteq was acquired by Vaisala in the spring of 2010, consolidating two high performance companies to provide a broader range of industry-best solutions for measuring, monitoring, and testing critical environmental parameters.

Now part of Vaisala's Controlled Environments division, Veriteq's original focus remains today: providing the most accurate environmental monitoring, alarming and validation solutions to the pharmaceutical, biotechnical, medical, aerospace/defense and calibration industries.

In joining the Vaisala Group, Veriteq has combined forces with the global leader in environmental and industrial measurement. Building on more than 70 years of experience, Vaisala contributes to a better quality of life by providing a comprehensive range of innovative observation and measurement products and services for meteorology, weather critical operations and controlled environments.

Vaisala retains Veriteq's original commitment to quality and continues to develop, improve and broaden the functionality of its main offerings: the viewLinc Monitoring and Alarming system and the vLog Validation system. Both solutions are highly reliable and designed to meet the demanding needs of GxP/FDA regulated customers and non-regulated organizations that are subject to audit.

Every member of our team is committed to continual product improvement. Both Veriteq and Vaisala are known for our exceptional responsiveness to our customers' needs; our shared value of customer service as a first priority make us the ideal partnership in providing our customers the finest solutions and service they can rely on.

     Available Protocols

Our validation protocol is a comprehensive set of pre-written test guidelines and checklists for system validation, including installation and operational qualification. Comes printed and in a binder with a  CD. Documents provided in Microsoft Word format for easy customization. View sample IQOQ.

Package includes customizable installation qualification (IQ) and operational qualification (OQ) procedures, forms and templates to enable validation personnel to record all details needed to demonstrate that the system is working properly.

    What is a Validation Protocol?

Validation protocols are referenced in your validation master plan.
A validation master plan (VMP) is an outline of the entire validation project, including the timeline, responsibilities and approach. It can be focused on qualifying a new piece of equipment or environment, or validation a product or process. It will include any software /network validation.

A VMP is an internal document created to systemize the validation for your organization. The need for a VMP will be decided by the size, frequency and complexity of your validation projects.

By contrast, you will always need validation protocols. Vaisala’s Veriteq Validation Protocol is designed to verify the performance of the VL-1000, VL-1000-VLT, and VL-2000 temperature and relative humidity data loggers and to assist in validating the Vaisala Veriteq viewLinc software for use within your facility.
