Vaisala will visit your facility to better understand your needs. Vaisala can help you create your user requirements specification (URS). When this is complete we’ll provide you with a detailed proposal for a system that meets your needs.
Vaisala will come to your facility and install the complete CMS, perform the validation, and train your staff in the use of the CMS. If you prefer to self -install your CMS, we provide technical support and approved protocols for installation qualification, operational qualification, and system validation.
Vaisala has a dedicated technical support staff to answer your questions. Most questions are answered during the first phone call or e-mail. We offer support plans that include free software upgrades and 24/7 telephone support.
Vaisala owns and operates accredited calibration laboratories in Europe, Canada, China, Japan, and the United States. Your dataloggers and instruments will be calibrated to the highest level of performance in our laboratories.
Vaisala provides regular software upgrades to enhance viewLinc and add features requested by customers. We can add measurement points as your needs change. Vaisala stays with you, using our “Needs Evolution” process to renew your CMS on a regular basis.

Vaisala manufactures its own measurement instrumentation and dataloggers. We have measurement expertise and products for measuring temperature, relative humidity, carbon dioxide concentration, and dew point temperature. We can also integrate measurements from other devices. If it can be measured, we can monitor it.
