The Vaisala Veriteq VL-1000-VLT Very Low Temperature data logger records and monitors temperatures as low as -90°C (-130°F) without need for external probes or wires and are well suited for freezer alarm systems. In conjunction with vLog software, this data logger helps you meet 21 CFR Part 11 requirements for on-going temperature monitoring of shipping or storage processes.
Completely self-contained and self-powered, VL-1000-VLT ultra low temperature recorders and data loggers can be placed directly into cold environments for shipping temperature studies, cold-chain validation, ultra-low temperature equipment validation (such as -90 C Red Cell freezers, or -40 C plasma freezers) or for long-term unattended monitoring in blood freezers or other freezer temperature alarm equipment.
Simple to use, the ultra low temperature recorder unit can be deployed without need for drilling holes in expensive enclosures (in order to route external probes). In doing so, the data logger helps eliminate damaged seals and the possibility of warm air infiltration - thus assuring the highest possible accuracy of measurement results.
