Our aim is to provide our customers with premium-class value.
Our method of measuring quality performance is based on the Balanced
Scorecard system. We regularly measure customer satisfaction, the performance of
our internal processes, the learning and professional growth of Vaisala
employees and the financial performance of the Vaisala Group. Measures which
improve quality are included in performance measurement at the corporate level.
We systematically and continuously measure, review, and take action to improve
our quality performance.
Specific quality targets are defined in the strategies of the divisions and
strategic business units.
Every Vaisala employee is responsible for his or her own quality performance
in the business process.
