- actively pursuing a degree with above-average grades (university /
polytechnic)

- proactive and demonstrate intellectual curiosity
- highly motivated by and interested in Vaisala's business and
customers
- resident in Finland (or study abroad but have a working permit in
Finland)
- fluent in both spoken and written English
