Personnel located in Finland and the U.S.

The Vaisala Measurement Systems division employs 370 people in Finland and the United States.

Vaisala Soundings' personnel are located in Vaisala's head office in Finland, and in Boulder, CO, United States. In 2005, operations specialized in lightning detection were centralized to Tucson, AZ, United States, and the office in Aix-en-Provence, France, was closed at the end of the year. The aim is to improve efficiency and achieve cost-savings. Vaisala Windprofilers is operating from two locations in the United States: Boulder, CO, and Tucson, AZ. The sales personnel of all the business units serve customers in Vaisala locations around the world.
